I finally got around to researching the significance of it and learned it depicts a man in sober meditation battling with a powerful internal struggle. were pornography. The most common reaction seems to be that he is taking care of his daily bathroom duties, or someone who can't get the superglue unstuck from his fist and face, or someone who can't decide which clothes to wear, or ... Silly, silly...
